His/her actual benifit 60%
Rs.100 - 60% = Rs 40 actual paid

Purchase products on MRP Rs.3000/-

Retail profit upto 20%

Cash paid to company Rs. 2500/- (Dealer price)

 If a customer purchase for 12 month
Cash paid
2500 x 12 = 30000/-

 1. Retail profit upto 20% Rs 500 For 12 month
12 x 500 = 6000/-

2. Loyalty income
3 month product free
2500 x 3 = 7500/-

3. Gift product 10%
30000 x 10% = 3000/-

4. Cash back on B.V 7% to 22% (Average 10%)
Rs.30000 = 15000 B.V
15000 x 10% = 1500/-

Customer total benifit
6000 + 7500 + 3000 + 1500 = 18000/-

Customer  Benifit 60%
30000 x 60% = 18000/-


Most customers will not buy inferior products and there is limited benefit to paying a little less for a product on the short run. Let’s assume that you sold yourself a product, ordered it from a Network Marketing company and in return the company paid you a 20% commission or rebate. In effect you’ve saved 20% on the products you purchased. That may save you a few money. Although saving money is important, the concept of earning money on products that we are already buying is far more exciting.
